“Vanessa took a Bloom North panel in our Investing in Yourself panel event in July 2022. There were 100 people in attendance, and I know that every one of them took something away from what she said. She was an amazing panellist – warm, funny, and super generous with her time. Her advice was not only inspiring and empowering, but he also gave really brilliant actionable advice that was useful to people at all levels at the event. I would not hesitate to have her speak at another event, but I would also love her to be my own personal mentor!” Lisa Thompson – Co head of events Bloom North
“We had Vanessa join the panel with the executive sponsor of our newly launched Multigenerational ERG to bring to life the topic, challenges, and opportunities. Vanessa incredible insight from her background on this topic and from the data she presented allowed the audience to have a clearer understanding of what the different generations look like but also the value that they all bring. It was exciting to have her, and the executive sponsor speak so authentically and passionately about this area of diversity but also highlight why from an ESG and employee value proposition aspect that this is an important. Thank you, Vanessa, for sparking the conversation and leaving us with a lot of things to reflect on and action”
